Registration Info
- Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat at email address feza2026@newcongress.it Please acknowledge that only the authors completing the registration will be included in the Scientific Program.
- To be eligible for the student registration fee, documentary evidence of status such as official transcript or copy of student ID card must be submitted along with this registration form. Without this documentation, student fees will not be applied. You may send necessary document via e-mail to email address feza2026@newcongress.it

Cancellation policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email info@newcongress.it.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original registration.
Cancellations received by March 31, 2026 → 90% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received by April 30, 2026 → 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received after May 1, 2026 → No refund will be issued

Room rates at the congress venue are in Euros, including the breakfast and are guarenteed UNTIL MARCH 20th 2026 (upon completion of registration payment)
